How big is your home?

The floor area decides which furniture sizes will fit. If you are not sure, pick the closest one - the plan still works.

Size of the flat

Under 40 m² A studio, usually one bedroom. 40 – 60 m² The most common size in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. 60 – 80 m² Room for a separate dining area and a generous balcony. 80 – 100 m² Open space, and room to split off another room. Over 100 m² You could consider solid wood furniture.
